Erfan founded the lab in 2010 and has run it through every shape it has taken since. He started in systems and infrastructure work, picked up product and team leadership along the way, and now spends most of his time at the boundary where engineering decisions become business decisions.
Outside the lab, he sits on UniDeck (a sister B.V. in the group) and operates the rest of the Besharat Enterprises holding. He’s Iranian-Dutch, lives in the Netherlands, and is the person you actually meet on the scoping call.
