Mahdi has been building software for more than a decade, across frontend, backend, and the boring middle. He leads engineering on the lab's longer-running engagements and maintains several of the open-source tools the team relies on.
Profile
Mahdi has been writing code professionally since he was a teenager. He leads engineering across the lab’s embedded engagements and is the one who tends to keep architectural debts visible while everyone else is shipping features.
Most of his open-source work is in the parts of the stack other people avoid: build tooling, schema migration, API contracts. He maintains several internal tools the team uses on every engagement.
