What founders usually ask.
What kinds of questions do you take?
Architecture reviews, build-vs-buy decisions, scaling plans, hiring roadmaps, technical due diligence, second opinions on a specific design choice, post-mortem facilitation. The common thread: a question with a high cost of getting it wrong and a finite deliverable that answers it.
How is this different from your enterprise engagement?
Different shape, different price, different deliverable. Enterprise engagements ship code over months. Consultancy engagements ship a recommendation in days or weeks. If a consultancy ends with you wanting us to build the thing, we can roll into an enterprise engagement under a separate scope.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, as a matter of course. The contracting party is Besharat Enterprises B.V. (KvK 96294078, registered in Leeuwarden). We can sign mutual NDAs before the discovery call if you'd prefer.
What if my question gets bigger than expected?
We tell you on the discovery call if we think the scope you're describing won't fit a consultancy engagement. If it shifts mid-engagement, we re-baseline and re-quote. We don't trickle scope.
Can you talk to my team or board directly?
Yes. Many engagements end with a working session for your team or a written summary you can forward to your board. The output is yours to share however you want.
Is there a discount for repeat engagements?
No standing discount, but if a question keeps coming back we'll usually suggest a small monthly retainer instead of new fixed-price scopes. It's cheaper for you and saner for us.
