Who this is for
This is the right team when…
VP Engineering or CTO
You need a critical product shipped without slowing the rest of your team down.
Head of Platform
You're scaling, replatforming, or building infrastructure that has to keep up with growth.
Founder post-Series B
You have a thesis and need senior engineers who'll own delivery for a year, not three months.

What you get
Production code, plain-English decisions, no vendor lock-in.
Named team
No mid-engagement rotation. The people who scope are the people who ship.
Plain-English ADRs
Architecture decision records readable by a non-engineer board.
Production from day one
CI/CD, tests, and observability before any feature work lands.
Real knowledge transfer
Your team owns the system after we leave. No vendor lock-in.
Post-engagement support
Two-week support window included by default, no extra invoice.
Direct line to engineers
You talk to the people writing the code, not an account manager.
How we work
From scoping call to embedded in four steps.
30 to 60 min
Scoping call
We learn what you're building, why, and whether we're a fit. No charge, no obligation, no slide deck.
Within a week
Written proposal
Milestones, the named team, an architecture sketch, and a fixed price. You read it cold and decide.
2 weeks
Trial sprint (optional)
If you want lower commitment up front, run a fixed-cost two-week sprint. See how we work before signing the long contract.
3 to 12 months
Engagement
We embed, ship to production, and handhold the rollout. You can pause, extend, or end on a thirty-day notice.
Recent work
Public products run out of the lab.
FAQ
What enterprise buyers usually ask.
How do you price engagements?
Project-based, scoped before kickoff. We size the engagement against the milestones in the proposal and quote a fixed total with a thirty-day notice clause. We don't bill hourly and we don't bill for surprises that we should have priced into the proposal.
Can the team work on-site?
Yes. We're remote-first and EU-timezone, but on-site is available for kickoff weeks, design sprints, or as a regular cadence (one week in four is common). Travel is billed at cost.
What if the scope changes mid-engagement?
We expect it. Every engagement has a fortnightly review where we re-baseline the milestones. If the scope grows, we re-quote. If it shrinks, we hand back the time. The named team stays the same.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
Yes. The contracting party is Besharat Enterprises B.V. (KvK 96294078, registered in Leeuwarden). We handle NDAs and GDPR DPAs as a matter of course. EU jurisdiction by default; we can sign under your law if your legal team prefers.
Can you work with our existing vendors and platform team?
Yes, and most engagements run that way. We work inside your repos, your CI, your cloud account, your standup cadence. The point is to leave your team better off, not to build a parallel kingdom.
What happens after the engagement?
Two-week post-engagement support window is included. After that, we either roll into a new engagement, hand off cleanly to your in-house team, or stay on a small retainer if you want a senior pair of eyes around. Most clients pick one of those three.
