    We learn the system, the symptoms, and the deadline. We say yes or no by the end of the call.

    Short fixed-fee read of your infra. We come back with a numbered list of the highest-leverage problems and a recommended scope.

FAQ

What platform teams usually ask.

Do you do on-call?

Not as a primary on-call rotation. We help you build the runbooks, dashboards, and SLOs your in-house team uses for on-call. For pure incident response we partner with specialists rather than pretend.

Which clouds and tools do you work with?

AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, Kubernetes, Terraform, Pulumi, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog. We've shipped on serverless, containers, and bare-metal. We don't do Azure-only stacks well; if your platform is Azure-heavy we'll say so on the diagnostic call.

How do you price outcome-based engagements?

We quote a fixed price against the outcomes named in the proposal: cost-down targets, latency targets, deployment-frequency targets. If the targets are met early, we hand back the time. If they're not, we keep working until they are.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?

Yes. Contracting party is Besharat Enterprises B.V. (KvK 96294078, Leeuwarden). NDAs and GDPR DPAs are part of every engagement that touches production data.

Can you work with our existing platform team?

Yes, and that's the default. We work inside your repos, your CI, your cloud accounts, your standup cadence. The point is to leave your platform team owning a better system, not to keep ourselves around.

What if we just want a one-off audit?

We don't take engagements that end with a report no one will action. The read-only audit (step 02) is short and cheap and is meant to lead into a real engagement. If you only want a written deliverable, the consultancy track is the better fit.
